Another of H.D. Woodson’s prized 2018 recruits turned in his commitment on Wednesday. Defensive back Noah Boykin is headed to Maryland.
He’ll join classmate Vincent Flythe III in the Terrapins’ secondary. Flythe committed to Maryland in late June and jumped Boykin, a three- or four-star recruit depending on the rankings agency, as the top cornerback in the District.
