Washington, D.C. (ABC7) — Harvard bound high-school student, RuQuan Brown, will be attending the XFL D.C. Defenders game as an honorary captain at Saturday's game.
The 18-year-old football player accepted a scholarship to Harvard after he was offered more than 25 scholarships to ivy-league and university programs around the nation.
He currently attends the best public high school in the District of Columbia, Benjamin Banneker Academic High School.
