Nyckoles Harbor, top football recruit, shows incredible speed in 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash wins

Nyckoles Harbor is a five-star football recruit, but the gridiron is not the only place where he excels. He is also one of the fastest high school runners in the nation, and proved he is a dual sports threat with his latest track win.

The athlete out of Washington, D.C., won the 100-meter dash at the Beach Run Invitational in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 10.32 seconds. A video of the 6-5, 225-pound runner/football player went viral after his victory -- mostly because he just towers over the competition.

Pretty impressive, especially knowing track and field is not his only sport and that he also wows on the football field. Harbor's win was one to watch, but it was not even his fastest time at the event.

He ran a 10.29 in the 100-meter in qualifying.

He added to his wins by taking first place in the 200-meter, finishing in 20.76 seconds. His 100 and 200-meter times are two of the best in the nation this season.

Harbor is a ranked No. 16 in the 247Sports composite rankings and is currently not committed. He has the chance to play defensive end, linebacker or tight end if he chooses to play football in college.
