The District of Columbia State Athletic Association honored its first High School Hall of Fame class Thursday night, which included 10 high-achieving individuals with a connection to area athletics.
DCSAA also honored two Lifetime Achievement Award winners at a ceremony held at the DC Office of Cable, Television, Film, Music and Entertainment.
“What an incredible group of men and women,” DCSAA Executive Director Clark Ray said in a statement. “These individuals have given so much of themselves to developing our city’s student-athletes. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and accomplishments and creating this lasting testament to their hard work.”
