The Griffins, who saw their undefeated season end with a second straight Gravy Bowl loss to Eastern last year, begin a new era without record-setting runner Charles Brooks this fall. But new Coach Daniel Tyson, who previously served as Bell’s offensive coordinator, takes over a group that lost just once against division foes other than Eastern the past two years and brings back enough experienced talent to make a another run to the Gravy Bowl.
