It was the fourth quarter of the most anticipated Washington Catholic Athletic Conference game of the season to date — top-ranked DeMatha desperately trying to claw its way out of a late deficit against No. 5 Gonzaga as both head coaches screamed themselves hoarse Tuesday night.

Gill had drawn Turner’s ire 30 seconds earlier when he flubbed a one-handed tomahawk, but he saw no reason not to try again — his Eagles were coasting, after all.
