St. John’s senior Eric Harrison Jr. entered Tuesday’s D.C. State Athletic Association championship without an indoor title to his name, mainly because the Ohio State-bound sprinter didn’t compete in last year’s championship because of a right hamstring injury.
Fully healthy this time around at the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, he burst off the blocks in the 55-meter dash prelims and woke up the crowd with a blazing time of 6.40 seconds.
