Of all the places for Honesty Scott-Grayson to be at the end of a close game, Paul VI Coach Scott Allen had his junior point guard under the basket.
Odds are a 5-foot-10 ballhandler isn’t going to come up with a rebound, but Allen threw the odds to the wind when he saw her take up a place on the block for a free throw.
“I wanted that one,” Scott-Grayson said. “I was ready for it.”
