Nearly 10 months after becoming the blue-chip quarterback recruit of Maryland Coach DJ Durkin’s 2017 class, St. John’s signal caller Kasim Hill made good on that pledge Wednesday by signing his letter-of-intent to play for the Terrapins. And Hill got up before sunrise to make it official.
