The District of Columbia State Athletic Association on Wednesday will honor 16 high school seniors who have been selected to receive $1,000 scholarships as part of the DCSAA Student-Athlete Academic Scholarship Program, which is a part of the DCSAA’s partnership with Wendy’s restaurants.
