Waiver Application Process

The DCSAA is able to grant waivers to any of the student eligibility requirements with the exception of waivers of the age requirement for collision and contact sports.

Waiver Submission Instructions

  1. Download and complete the DCSAA Waiver Application form attached to the left. 
  2. Compile all necessary supporting documents. 
  3. Click on the DCSAA Waiver Submission link to the left and follow the instructions to upload your waiver application. 
  4. The link will walk you through uploading any supporting documents along with the actual application.
